You can search for information for a specific topic for a patient's issue.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- From File, select System \ Practice Template.
The Select Template window opens.
- On the Practice tab, select the All option.
- Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
- Expand the FAQs panel.
- In the Search Issues field, enter one or more words to search for all related topics, and select the
icon.
The grid refreshes to display all topics that are related to your search words.
- Select a row in the grid displaying the question you are interested.
The answer corresponding to the selected question displays in the text field below the grid.
For some of the answers for a question, you can see an associated .pdf document that provides additional information to the answer displayed in the large test field. Not all answers have an additional .pdf file document. For those answers that do have additional information in a .pdf document, you can print the document.
