Find Information for Issues in the FAQs Grid

You can view information for a specific topic listed in the FAQs grid.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
    The Select Template window opens.
  3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
  4. Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
    The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
  5. Expand the FAQs panel.
  6. Select the issue in the grid.
    The corresponding answer appears in Possible causes/things to check section.

  7. Optional: To filter the information in the grid, select the Orderables, Recommended Care, Reminders, and CG-DSI checkboxes.
    When you open the Care Guidelines Setup template for the first time, all three checkboxes on the FAQs panel are selected by default.
