Comp Assessment Panels
The Comp (Comprehensive) Assessment template consists of the following panels: Panel Description General Panel The General panel displays the information documented in the Care Transition template. Recent ER Visits Panel Any recent emergency room visits by the patient are recorded on this panel. Recent Hospitalizations Panel If the patient had experienced any recent hospitalizations, then you would enter that information on this panel. Problem List Panel The Problem List panel displays a list of the patient's chronic and secondary problems as documented in the Problem List after Discharge panel on the Care Transition template. Active and Manage Problems The Active and Managed Problems panel is where active and managed problems are entered and monitored. Record Review of Systems Findings
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand the Review of Systems panel. Select Primary Care ROS - Male/Female from the left pane. The gender-specific ROS [Male or Female] template opens. ROS-Male Select the Neg (Negative) or Pos (Positive) option for each condition within the system groups. If you want to mark all the conditions as neg for a system, click the All neg check box for that system. You can also click the system-specific links to document detailed information on that specific system. If you want to document normal values in all the sections, in the ROS Defaults field, select the appropriate one-page default template from the list. All the fields in the template are filled with normal values to allow for charting by exception. If you want to save the documented values as the default template, click the Quick Save button and enter a default set name for the template. The default name displa
