In the Documentation Log panel, you can remove the documentation log descriptions from the grid.
On the Documentation Log Config practice template, expand the Documentation Log panel.
In the right grid, select a description to be removed.
Click Remove.
A confirmation message appears.
Note: If the selected record is required for regulatory, registry, or other reason(s) or for GIQuIC quality measures, an alert message appears indicating that the record has a value in the Required field.
Click OK in the alert message to remove the record.
