Edit EM Psychotherapy Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select EM psychotherapy. The existing data set items associated with the EM psychotherapy data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save, and then click Close. Add CPT Codes Combinations for EM Psychotherapy Time Check
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select EM psychotherapy. The existing data set items associated with the EM psychotherapy data set appear in the grid. EM psychotherapy data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Codes, enter a CPT code (that is, either the psychotherapy code with the E&M code or the visit code). In Code Type, enter any indicator to differentiate a visit code from the psychotherapy with E&M code. For example, if you indicate the psychotherapy with E&M code as the 1st code, then you can indicate the visit code as the 2nd code. Click Save, and then click Close. Remove Lab Completed Status Data Set Items

Remove Medication Billing Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then click OK. Click the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list. Highlight the required record in the grid to remove and click Remove. Add PE Copy Forward Excluded Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select PE Copy Forward Excluded. The existing data set items associated with the PE Copy Forward Excluded data set appear in the grid. PE Copy Forward Excluded data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code automatically appears. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from the resulting list. In Specialty, enter the specialty. In Template Name, enter the name of the template used for physical examination. In Field Name, enter the name of the field that is required to be excluded when you copy forward details. Click Save, and then click Close. The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template.
