Edit Contagion References
In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, select Contagion reference links. Click Configure. The Contagion References template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. Select the row of the contagion you want to edit. The data populates in the corresponding fields above the grid. Make relevant edits in the applicable fields. Click Update. Add Website Reference Links to the Corresponding Contagions
In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, select the Contagion reference links.Contagion reference links appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Click Configure.The Contagion References template opens with pre-configured data in the grid. To add a new contagion reference link, click Add New List Items link. The fields above the grid become available for documentation. To configure contagion reference links accessible to a specific practice, click inside the Practice ID field and select the appropriate option. Enter the name of the Contagion. Note: You must first add the contagion in the Contagion exposure DB picklist. Enter the Reference URL of the website that provides more information on the Contagion.You can click the information icon to view the purpose of the Contagion reference links DB picklist. Click Add.The reference link appears in the grid. Note: On the run time Contagion Exposure template, you can select the contagion in the Exposure list and click the Web button t

The Custom DB Picklist system template includes the Contagion reference links DB picklist to configure website reference links for various contagions entered in the Contagion exposure DB picklist. Remove a Custom DB Picklist Item
In the top grid of the Custom DB Picklists template, highlight the DB picklist name. The selected DB picklist appears in the DBPicklist Name field. Expand the Step 2 Add/Edit List Items panel. The Show selected DBPicklist option displays the existing list items of the selected DB picklist. Highlight a row to delete. Click Remove. The selected row is deleted from the grid. Remove a Database Picklist
You can create a new database picklist for configuration of navigation links on medical record templates. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Database Picklist panel. From the left grid, select the picklist to be deleted. Select an item linked to the list. Click Delete. Continue selecting and deleting until there are no links in the right grid. Remove Care Plan Data
In the Custom DB Picklists template top grid, select the Care Plans custom DB picklist you want to remove. Click Configure. The Care Plans Setup template opens with pre-configured data in the grid.
