Remove

Configure Abortion History Codes
You can configure additional SNOMED codes associated with abortion, as needed, and set rules to each code as to whether the findings must be submitted to the Past Medical/Surgical history grid. On the Data Sets Setup template, click the Data Set field, select AB History Codes, and then click OK. Data Sets Setup template Do one of the following: Click Add to add a new code. Select an item that you want to update and then click Update. The Focused MedSurg Setup window appears. Under Type, select an abortion type. AB History Codes Data Set
The AB History Codes data set stores SNOMED codes and descriptions pertinent to abortion focused medical histories. You can configure additional SNOMED codes associated with abortion, as needed, and set rules for each code as to whether findings must be submitted to the Past Medical/Surgical history grid. The SNOMED code that you configure is available on the Encounter Based - AB Focused Medical Questionnaire panel of the AB Intake template.
