To remove a procedure indication from the
Procedure Indications
grid, do one of the following:
Select a row of procedure indication and click
Remove
.
Select a value with asterisk (*) in the
Indication
grid.
The asterisk (*) clears from the selected indication and the indication removes from the
Procedure Indications
grid.

Add a New Procedure Details
Click Site and select a procedure site from the list. A list of procedure categories opens. Select a procedure category from the list. A list of procedures opens. Note: Procedure is linked to a site on the Procedure Config practice template. Select a type of procedure from the list. Click Pre Procedure Diagnosis to open the diagnosis search window and select a diagnosis. The selected diagnosis and the associated code appear in the Pre Procedure Diagnosis field and Code field respectively. Click the Indication link to launch the Procedure indications template. Procedure indications The pretexts for the indications appear in the Pretext grid. Select a pre-text from the Pretext grid. The selected value appears in the Pretext field above the grid and associated indications appear in the Indication grid. Select an indication(s) from the Indication grid. Remove a Procedure
In the Procedure Setup panel, you can remove a procedure from the grid. In the Procedure Setup panel, select a row of procedure in the grid. Click Remove. The selected procedure removes from the grid. Parent topic: Configure Procedures

Remove a Procedure Finding
In the Procedure Findings panel, you can remove a procedure finding from the grid. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, expand the Procedure Findings panel. Select a row from the grid in the Procedure Findings panel. Click Remove. To confirm, click Yes. The selected row is removed from the grid. Parent topic: Configure Procedure Findings

Remove a Patient Discharge Instruction
Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list. Click the Patient Discharge Instructions option. (Optional) Select a Procedure and Category. The grid displays the pre-configured discharge instructions associated with the selected procedure and category. Highlight a row in the grid. Click Remove. The selected discharge instruction is removed from the grid. Note: If you attempt to remove a patient discharge instruction that has a value in the Required field, an alert message appears to confirm. Remove a Procedure Order
Select a Specialty, Procedure, Type, and Category to display the pre-configured procedure orders in the grid. The General Procedure Order option is selected by default. If you want to remove a medication procedure order, select Medication Procedure Order. Highlight a row in the grid. Click Remove. The selected procedure order is removed from the grid. Remove a Procedure HPI
In the Procedure HPIs panel, you can remove a procedure HPI record from the grid. On the Procedure Config practice template, expand the Procedure HPIs panel.
