Patient Care Team Members

You can use the Patient Care Team Members panel to view and manage a list of providers, agencies, organizations, care takers, and other individuals involved in the ongoing care of the patient. You can create and update Patient Care Team details, either from the Patient Care Team Members panel of the Care Plan template or from the Care Team Members template.

From the Patient Care Team Members panel, you can:
  • Create and update Patient Care Team.
  • Add, update, and remove members and their details from the Patient Care Team.
  • Import Practice Care Team to Patient Care Team as one of the member.
