Open Coded Lab Order

The results configured in the coded lab order result appear in Result Details in Order Management. You must ensure to add the codes in the manage template links. OpenNextGen® Enterprise EHR. From theFilemenu, selectSystem \ Practice Template. TheSelect Templatewindow opens. Select Configuration Home, and then click OK. The Custom DB Picklist template opens. Select one of the Dbpicklist Name: To add codes related to chlamydia, select Coded lab chlamydia. To add codes related to gonorrhoeae, select Coded lab gonorrhoeae. To add codes related to HIV and Syphilis, select Coded lab order result. The Configure button is available. Click Configure. The Custom DBPicklist Setup window opens. Custom DB Picklist - Coded Lab Order Result The coded lab order result grid displays details of the Result, Code System, and Code Value. Add Codes to Manage Template Links

The Result Details button is available on the Order Management template only for configured codes. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From theFilemenu, selectSystem \ Practice Template. TheSelect Templatewindow opens. Select Configuration Home, and then click OK. The Configuration Home template opens. Click Manage Template Links. The Manage Custom Links template opens. In Link to, select the required coded lab: To add codes related to chlamydia, select Coded lab chlamydia. To add codes related to gonorrhoeae, select Coded lab gonorrhoeae. To add codes related to HIV and Syphilis, select Coded lab order result. Select Coded lab order result. The grid displays the available codes in the Coded lab order results picklist. Manage Custom Links - Coded Lab Order Result To add NG code and its details, do the following: To add NG or CPT code, enter the value in the Ng Codes field. Coded lab order result is the default selection. Select Gender. Select Age. Select Specialty. Click Add. The new code is

Add Lab Tests in the Order Module

To open the Templates module on a patient encounter, do one of the following: On the Categories or Encounter History tab, select Open Template. On Top Toolbar, select Templates . On the main menu, select File > New > Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Select All template, open Title X 2.0 template. On the Title X 2.0 template, expand the Testing and Results panel. Click the Orders Module link. The Order Module window opens. In the Orders Summary tab, click Labs. From the New menu, select Lab Order. The Create New Lab Order window for the selected patient opens. In Performing Entity, select Labcorp. In the Select Tests section, click Search All. The Search Tests window opens. In Test description,enter HIV, and then click Find. Select a relevant option from the search result, and then click OK. Click Save. View Lab Orders

OpenNextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient and create an encounter. Manage Orders using Order Management

Orders

Patient orders appear in the Orders panel. You can display orders by category using the Filter options in the panel. You can also filter Diagnostic Orders to display All tests or sort by the order status.
