Manage Findings for a Reason for Visit

All reasons for visits have defined findings included in their findings list in the GET template. The commonly used findings for that reason for visit appear at the top of the list. The remainder of the findings are arranged in alphabetic order.

If you have added a new finding to the GET and the derm_exam profile, you must add that finding to the appropriate reason for visit lists. If necessary, you can remove findings from the list or change the order in which the findings appear on the list.
