Manage Answers in the Customized Screening Tools

You can update or remove an answer to a question in the customized screening tool.

1. Open the Custom Screening Tool Builder template.
2. In the Screening Tool Name grid, select the tool for which you want to update or remove an answer.
   The name of the selected tool appears in the Add Questions section and its questions appear in the question grid.
3. Select question for which you want to update or remove the answer.
   All the answer options for the selected questions appear in the Answer grid.
4. To update an answer, select an answer in the answer grid, make the desired changes in the Answer field, and then click Update.
5. To remove an answer, select an answer in the answer grid, and then click Remove.
6. Click Save and Close.
   Note: On the Custom Screenings template, the NextGen Healthcare displays the questions and answers in the sequence as per the customization, on the template and the document that you generate.

   The answers in the lower grid on the Custom Screenings template appear in the same sequence as that in the upper grid on the template.
