Open the Transitioning Into Care Template

You can view and manage the summary of care details for a patient by using the Transitioning Into Care template. You can only view the details of summary of care documents that are received or imported from a Health Information Exchange (HIE) for a patient. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Update an Assessment on the SOAP Template

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the SOAP template, in the Assessment / Plan panel, select an assessment you want to update in the grid. Select Add/Update. Patient Information Card

You can view pertinent information about a patient through the Patient Information Card (PIC). To use the Patient Information Card (PIC), the practice must first configure it in File Maintenance. For more information on the configuration of the practice preferences for the PIC, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest File Maintenance Preferences Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. The PIC provides details about the patient’s general details, PxP Portal enrollment status, alerts, tracking details, demographics, social history, telephone conversations, send tasks, encounter data and indication. You can also send and receive emails using Inbox. You can access certain modules to view patients' allergies, problems, diagnoses, medications, and so on from Top Toolbar above the PIC.
