Fields in Data Sets Setup to Customize Health Promotion Plan Template
The following fields appear on the Data Sets Setup template.
Field | Description |

Plan Type | Use this field to label what kind of plan you want. The label displays on the template that launches this particular template. |
File Maint. Dx Category | This field is based on a category of diseases set up in File Maintenance. |
Label for Value | Use this field to label the fields you want to search. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Data Table | Use this field to select the data table to search. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Data Field | Use this field to select the data fields to search. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Result Field | This field displays the results of a search. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Lo Value | Use this field to select the low value in a range of values. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Hi Value | Use this field to select the high value in a range of values. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Units Value | Use this field to select the type of units to display. Two sets of this field appear on the template. |
Other DBPicklist Name | Use this field to select custom lists. Enter up to 10 custom lists. |
Info Popup Name | Use this field for the name of the information that appears when the user clicks the Quality |
Info popup Description | Use this field for the description of the information that appears when the user clicks the Quality |
Use the Data Sets Setup template to retrieve values from the data tables and fields that you select. The Health Promotion Plan template retrieves the most recent value in that field and displays it in the results field with a customized label. In addition, the ability exists to enter high and low values, which cause any value out of range to appear in red text. The option also exists to choose what units to display.
