Set IOP Measurement Ranges for High and Low Values
On the Eye Configuration template, go to the IOP section. Set abnormal value ranges for mm Hg by clicking the following fields and selecting a value from the list: Abnormal value (High) field for mm Hg Abnormal value (Low) field for mm Hg Select the Use kPa fields for IOP measurements check box. Selecting this setting causes additional data entry fields for documenting kilopascal (kPa) values to appear in the IOP panel or section. By default, this setting is not selected. IOP Measurements IOP Measurements The settings in the IOP Measurements section of the Eye Configuration practice template enable practices to choose whether to display fields for documenting measurements using kilopascal values, and to define high and low abnormal values for measurements in mm Hg and kPa on the IOP panel or section of exam templates. Setting abnormal values here causes an Abnormal findings present alert to appear on the IOP panel when one of these values is met or exceeded. iop measurements section These additional fields for kilopascal (kPa) values are saved as additional columns in the IOP data grids on the templates.
