Orthostatic Vital Sign Symptoms Data Set
The Orthostatic Vital Sign Symptoms data set enables you to configure the abnormal symptoms for Orthostatic Vital Signs template. If you select a configured abnormal symptom in the Orthostatic Vital Sign template, an alert appears in the Orthostatic Vital Sign template and in the Vital Signs panel. Edit EM Psychotherapy Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select EM psychotherapy. The existing data set items associated with the EM psychotherapy data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save, and then click Close. Edit Health Promotion Plan Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan. The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data sets appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save and then click Close. Edit Orthostatic Blood Pressure Drops
Open the Data Sets Setup practice template. In the Data Sets Setup practice template, click Data Set and then select Orthostatic Vital Sign BP. Existing data set items associated with the Orthostatic Vital Sign BP data set appear in the grid. Select a data set item from the grid and then click Update. Open the Orthostatic Vital Signs Template
You can record a patient's orthostatic vital signs on the Orthostatic Vital Signs template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. To open the Orthostatic Vital Signs template, do one of the following: On the Intake template, in the Vital Signs panel, select Orthostatic Vital Signs. On the Intake template, in the Vital Signs panel, select Add Vital Signs, and then select the Orthostatic Vital Signs link. Orthostatic Vital Sign Document Orthostatic Vital Signs You can measure and document the blood pressure and pulse rate of a patient in the lying, sitting, and standing positions for five, three, and one minute with any other associated symptoms and comments on the Orthostatic Vital Signs template. Remove Orthostatic Vital Signs Records You can remove the documented orthostatic vital signs records. Edit Vital Signs
In the Vital Signs section, click the Edit button next to the Vital Signs grid. IORTS Vital Signs window The IORTS Vital Signs Pop template opens. Select the row that you want to edit. Click Edit. The Vital Signs template opens. Make changes to the vital signs data. Click Save. Click Close. On the IORTS Vital Signs Pop template, click Save & Close to return to the main workflow.
