Documenting or Annotating the Image

While completing the physical examination of a patient, you can annotate the exam details on the respective image of the system in the Physical Exam panel on the SOAP template.

The Image button in the Physical Exam panel enables you to view a list of the available images, and when you select an image from the list, it displays the image. You can update the image by adding text and color.
