If the options in the list are not appropriate for selection, select the top-blank line in the list and enter the appropriate value in the Position field.

You can select the top-blank row in the list to enter the appropriate name in the Name field.

The left and the right arrows at the bottom of the ASC Additional Personnel template are used to navigate to the previous and the next available entries respectively. You can click the label Entry and select the required entry from the list.

The data appears in the grid.

• To remove a record from the grid, highlight a row in the grid and click the Remove button.

The data documented in the Additional Personnel panel appears in the Physician Procedure document and the Patient Plan document under the Additional Care Team section.

You can modify the existing data in the Additional Personnel panel.
