Document Information on the Individuals Participating in Administering the Procedure
- Click Add to open the ASC Additional Personnel template.
- Click Position and select the appropriate role of the person from the list.
If the options in the list are not appropriate for selection, select the top-blank line in the list and enter the appropriate value in the Position field.
- Click Name and select the name of the individual in the position from the list.
You can select the top-blank row in the list to enter the appropriate name in the Name field.
- Click Stage and select the procedure stage the selected individual will be involved in.
The left
and the right
arrows at the bottom of the ASC Additional Personnel template are used to navigate to the previous and the next available entries respectively. You can click the label Entry and select the required entry from the list.
- To add a new entry, click the Add New button. The existing data clears from the fields for a new entry.
- Click Save & Close.
The data appears in the grid.
- To remove a record from the grid, highlight a row in the grid and click the Remove button.
The data documented in the Additional Personnel panel appears in the Physician Procedure document and the Patient Plan document under the Additional Care Team section.
You can modify the existing data in the Additional Personnel panel.
