Document Screening Questions

Screening questions are groupings of questions for a particular condition. Screening questions are intended to be used for chronic conditions to allow the documentation of additional information for a condition. NextGen® Enterprise EHR has preconfigured screening questions for the chronic condition of diabetes. Practices can customize the screening questions as desired. For more information on customization of the Screening Questions template, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest version of the latest Care Guidelines User Guide for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine to review the Screening Questions section of the guide. On the Chronic Conditions template, with a diabetic Problem Description selected, click the Screening Questions link. The Screening Questionstemplate opens. Open Diagnostic History Entry when Documenting Histories
