Remove Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

Configure Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear. The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Detail Pop-up Clear data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens and the Data Set field populates with the selected data set. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code is automatically displayed. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Template Pop-up, enter the template name. In Table name, enter the table name that includes the field you need to clear. In Field name, enter the name of the field that you need to clear. Click Save, and then click Close. The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, click Clear For Add in the Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template and repeat steps 1

Edit Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear. The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save and then click Close. Record Review of Systems Findings

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand the Review of Systems panel. Select Primary Care ROS - Male/Female from the left pane. The gender-specific ROS [Male or Female] template opens. ROS-Male Select the Neg (Negative) or Pos (Positive) option for each condition within the system groups. If you want to mark all the conditions as neg for a system, click the All neg check box for that system. You can also click the system-specific links to document detailed information on that specific system. If you want to document normal values in all the sections, in the ROS Defaults field, select the appropriate one-page default template from the list. All the fields in the template are filled with normal values to allow for charting by exception. Document Review of Systems Findings

The ROS Defaults field at the top of the Review of Systems panel opens a list of options to load normal values into the grid. You can document findings after reviewing a list of systems. In the Review of Systems panel, select ROS - OPH from the left pane. The ROS - OPH template opens. To indicate that every symptom in a given system is negative, select the All negative check box for that system. Select the Neg or Pos options for the applicable systems. To document normal values in all the system sections, in the ROS Defaults field, select the appropriate default template set from the list. Normal values appear in template fields to enable you to chart by exception. To document system-specific ROS, click a system link in the left pane and do the following: Select the Neg or Pos options for the applicable systems. Click Save & Close. Click Save & Close.
