Edit Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear. The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save and then click Close. Remove Medication Billing Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then click OK. Click the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list. Highlight the required record in the grid to remove and click Remove. Configure Detail Pop-up Clear Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Detail Pop-up Clear. The existing data set items associated with the Detail Pop-up Clear data set appear in the grid. Detail Pop-up Clear data set Click Add. The Template Data Sets Setup - [New Record] template opens and the Data Set field populates with the selected data set. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, click Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis. The associated diagnosis code is automatically displayed. If applicable, click Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Template Pop-up, enter the template name. In Table name, enter the table name that includes the field you need to clear. In Field name, enter the name of the field that you need to clear. Click Save, and then click Close. The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, click Clear For Add in the Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template and repeat steps 1

Edit Health Promotion Plan Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, click Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan. The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data sets appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Click Update. The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Click Save and then click Close.
