Update an Edema Record

Document Edema Details
The Edema panel displays the edema information for the patient. The edema information can be added, edited, and removed on the PT Edema Details template. On the Objective template, navigate to the Edema panel. Click Add to launch the PT Edema Details template. PT Edema Details Enter the required details. Click Save. Remove a Goal
On the Objective template, highlight the goal to be deleted in the Goals panel grid. Click Remove. The grid no longer displays the selected goal. Parent topic: Patient Goals

Remove a Row in the Wounds/Incisions Grid

Remove an Equipment Record
In the Categories panel, you can remove an equipment type and the associated details from the grid. On the Equipment Log practice template, expand the Categories panel. In the Categories panel, select a row of equipment in the grid. Click Remove. To confirm, click Yes. The selected row is deleted from the grid. Parent topic: Configure Equipment Types
