Clinical Pharmacist Recommendations

You can provide medication recommendations to the providers and contribute to patient care as part of the Care Team.

As a licensed clinical pharmacist, you can use the Clinical Pharmacist Recommendation template to provide medication recommendations to treat the minor or acute conditions of the patient. The recommendations from the clinical pharmacist help the provider plan the line of treatment for a patient. You can provide recommendations to the patient visiting for the Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics specialties, using the Clinical Pharmacist visit type. You can access the Clinical Pharmacist Recommendation template using the Clinical Pharmacist button, link, or a sub-navigation link configured by the practice.

Using the Framework Content system template, practices can configure the Clinical Pharmacist link in any of the templates, such as Intake and Histories.
