Change the Order of the Medical Conditions

The options in the Medical panel on the run-time Past Medical History template are in the same order as the conditions in the grid in the Past Medical History panel.

You can only sort or change the order of the Standard and Sub header conditions in the grid. The Sub-Items are sorted alphabetically by default. The Sort alphabetically or Change order options are not applicable for Sub-Items.

  1. Access the Configure Medical, Surgical, Family Hx system template.
  2. Expand the Past Medical History panel.
  3. Click Specialty and select a specialty from the list.
    The grid displays the medical conditions configured for the selected specialty.
  4. To view medical conditions configured for a specific practice, click Practice and select the practice from the list.
  5. Select the filter Standard and Sub header Conditions option above the grid.
    The Change order and Sort alphabetically options become available.
  6. Select the Change order option.
  7. Select a condition in the grid that you want to move.
  8. Select a different row in the grid to move the condition.
    The condition moves to the new position in the grid.
  9. To sort the Standard and Sub Header conditions alphabetically in the grid, select the Sort alphabetically option.
