Add a Diagnosis Code to a Group
Select a row in the grid to populate the Assigned Diagnosis Codes to Group – [Diagnosis Group name] grid with the associated codes. Set the Type to ICD-9 or ICD-10. Type the applicable data in the Description or Code field. Select Search. To include a single item, select the desired item from the Search Results grid and select the right arrow to move it to the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid.The top arrow moves all of the items and the bottom arrow moves only the highlighted selection.An alert will display if the group is restricted. Delete or Remove Codes

Assigning Diagnosis Codes to a Group Section
The ICD-9 or ICD-10 codes option that is selected by default is determined by the code effective date set in File Maintenance. On grid row selection, the Assigned Diagnosis Codes - <name of category> populates with the codes associated to that category. Assign Diagnosis Codes to a Diagnosis Group
On the Specialty Diagnosis Group Config practice template, expand the Manage Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel. From the Add Diagnosis Group grid, select the desired record. Note: To find a newly created group, select the View Dx groups created/modified today option above the grid. The name of selected diagnosis group appears above the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid. In the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section: In the Description field, enter the few characters of desired diagnosis description. For Type, select a code type: ICD-9 or ICD-10. Click Search. The diagnosis codes matching with selected search criteria appear in the Search Results grid. Select the desired diagnosis code from the search results and click Right arrow icon. The assigned diagnosis code appears in the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid. To move all the codes from Search Results grid to Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid, click Move all icon. Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group
In the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section, highlight a diagnosis group in the grid under the Add Diagnosis Group section. To search for ICD-9 or ICD-10 codes: Select the ICD-9 or ICD-10 option. Enter a value in the Description field or Code field and click Search. The diagnosis codes associated with the description matching the search criteria appear in the grid. Select a diagnosis code and click the button to move the selected code to the right grid. To move all the codes to the right grid, click the button. Click Save below the right grid to save the codes to the selected diagnosis group and clear all the fields in the Manage Reference Systems, Diagnosis Groups and Codes section. To remove a diagnosis code from the grid, do one of the following: Select a row and click Remove. To remove all the codes from the right grid, click Remove All. Make an Ordering Diagnosis the Treating Diagnosis
