ASC - Intraprocedure Template

The ASC -Intraprocedure template allows the intra-procedure nurse to review the IV, vital signs, Aldrete score, procedure orders documented by the pre-procedure nurse on the ASC - Preprocedure template. The intra-procedure nurse can document the intra-procedure safe surgery details, procedure equipment details, and add any additional personnel administering the procedure.

The Allergies link at the top of the ASC - Intraprocedure template opens the Allergies module that includes the allergy information documented in the Procedure Preadmission visit type, and on the ASC - Intake template in the Procedure visit type.
