Add Web Addresses and Information Content

You can add the missing web addresses and related information content from the Website and Info Pop-up Configuration template.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template.
    The Select Template window opens.
  3. Click Configuration Home.
  4. From the Configuration Navigation panel, click Web/Info Configuration.
    The Website and Info Pop-up Configuration template template displays website and information content in the grid.
  5. Select a template name to specify where you want the web address to be used.
  6. Select a field name to specify where you want the web address to be used on a particular template.
  7. Select a category to specify how you want a web address to appear.
  8. From Launch Through select an option to specify how you want the web address to open.
  9. In Reference URL Link, enter a valid file name with extension or a web address beginning with HTTP(S) or WWW that you want to add.
  10. If applicable, in Qualifiers, set the conditions based on which you want different web addresses to open from the same field.
  11. Click Add.
    The details appear in the grid.
