Add Vital Signs on SOAP

While examining a patient, you can add the patient's vital signs in the Vital Signs panel on the SOAP template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open the SOAP template.
3. In Vital Signs, select Add.
   The Vital Signs template opens.
4. Enter the patient's vital signs.
5. Select Save, and then select Close.
