Add Virtual Visit Billing Rules

You can add a billing rule for virtual visits.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Virtual Visit Payer Configuration template.
  3. In Visit type category, select the visit type category, and select OK.
  4. In Payer name, select and select the payer name from the list, and select OK.
  5. In Place of service,select the place of service from the list, and select OK.
  6. In Modifier, select the modifier from the list, and select OK.
  7. Select Add.
    The billing rule for the selected visit type category is added to the grid.
