In the Manage Custom Links template, with the filters set appropriately, click the Link to field to select Family Histories from the resulting list.
Select the appropriate row to automatically populate the Specialty Family Histories field with Family History Popup and frw_family_hx as the Popup to template.
Click any of the following fields to select the appropriate options to which the custom link is applicable:
Popup to
Gender
Age
Click Add.
The newly created custom link is added to the grid and a confirmation message displays.
