In the Manage Custom Links template, with the filters set appropriately, click the Link to field to select Physical Exam picklist value to launch template from the resulting list.
To populate the Physical Exam field, do one of the following:
To base the new link on an existing one, select the appropriate row to automatically populate the fields.
To create a new link from scratch, type the physical exam name in the field
Click any of the following fields to select the appropriate options to which the custom link is applicable:
Popup to
Gender
Age
Click Add.
The newly created custom link is added to the grid and a confirmation message displays.
