Add a New Flowsheet Setup
- Access the Flowsheets Setup practice template.
- Select a Condition by clicking the Condition field down-arrow and selecting a value from the list that opens . Click OK.
- Select a Provider by clicking the Provider field down-arrow and select a provider name from the Rendering Provider list (that is, list of providers currently in the system), if required. Click OK.
Note:
- Selecting a provider creates a flowsheet setup at the provider level for the provider selected.
- Not selecting a provider creates a flowsheet setup at the practice level for all providers within the practice.
- In the Metric Flowsheet Items section, select details for a new metric to add to the flowsheet:
- Click the left field and select an appropriate category for the new flowsheet item from the list that opens.
- Click the right field and select the name of the new flowsheet item from the list that opens.
- Click Add to add the new metrics flowsheet item to the grid.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have finished adding items to the metrics flowsheet.
- Click the Close application toolbar button. Save changes when prompted.
The Metrics panel on the Care Guidelines template displays the values entered for the flowsheet items selected. If there is no value for a given metric, that row does not appear.
