Generate OB Audit Log Reports
The OB Audit Log practice template enables you to generate audit logs for a specific time period. The OB Audit Log practice template enables you to generate two different audit log reports: OB PHYSICAL EXAM AUDIT Parity Detail Auto-Calculation These reports capture the changes made to the OB physical exam data based on encounter findings. The OB Audit Log practice template retrieves data from the Ob Initial Physical Exam template. They also show the activation changes made in the Parity auto-calculation activated practice setting. Usually, data for the Ob initial physical exam and parity details should not change for data integrity purposes. Data integrity helps the provider in making decisions about patient care. It is vital that we know not only what data has been captured, but also who is responsible for it. The function of the OB Audit Log practice template is to provide a timeline of all such actions. Note: To generate a log report, you must have NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine,

Open the Practice Configuration Template
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Click the Practice tab. In the Show section, click All . A list of practice level templates appears. Select Practice Configuration, and then click OK. The Practice Configuration template opens. View System and Practice Templates
System and Practice templates store any necessary information without relation to either a patient or an encounter. Do one of the following: From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Menu bar, select File, and then select System\Practice Template. If available, execute a template field trigger for selecting System and Practice templates. The Select Template window opens. To open templates of that type, select the System (default) or Practice tab. In the Show section, select one of the following options: All. All of the available system or practice templates. Preferred. Only your user-defined, preferred list of templates. Yo can use the Templates Preferences feature of NextGen® Enterprise EHR to define the list of preferred templates. Categories. Open System or Practice Template
You can configure the templates related to the system and practice category using the system or practice template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. To view all the available templates, click All. To view the practice templates, click Practice. To view the system templates, click System.
