Telephone Communication

If you select the Launch Telephone Communication checkbox, the system opens the Telephone Communication template instead of the Telephone Call template from left Navigation, sub-navigational links, and navigational tabs available on all the specialties templates. Telephone Call/Communication section Patient Communication visit type Telephone call However, the Telephone Communication link on the Patient Information Card opens only the Telephone Call template even if you select the Launch Telephone Communication checkbox on the Practice Configuration template. Access the Manage Custom Links Template

From the File menu, select System/Practice Template. The Select Template window appears. From the System tab, click *Configuration Home. The *Configuration Home template appears.
