Managing Practice Configurations

You can configure settings for specific specialties or all specialties using the Practice Configuration template. The Practice Configuration template is the central location for configuring settings for the NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine templates of different specialties. You can set default options and configure certain features in the run-time templates. Manage Vital Signs Preferences

You can manage the preferences of pediatric vital signs used across NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine templates using the Vital Signs Configuration practice template. The pediatric vital signs include heart rate, respiratory rate, fever and blood pressure. You can also configure Body Mass Index (BMI) for pediatric or adult vital signs preferences, percentile calculation settings, patient height settings, and restore the vital signs preferences to the system default values.
