Verify and Move All the Procedure Orders
To verify and move all the procedure orders to the Today's Procedure Orders grid, Select the Add all displayed to Today's Orders checkbox.The system fills the Status and Time fields automatically with the default status and the current system time respectively. You can modify the Status and Time details of the procedure orders. The Ordered By field appears with the rendering provider name selected in the General panel. If applicable, select the Ordered By field and select the provider from the list. If the procedure orders are entered at a later point of time, you can update all the pre-configured procedure orders with the late entry details: Select the Late Entry checkbox. Enter the date and time when the procedure was placed in the Date and Time fields respectively. In the Comment field, enter the reason for late entry. Move Individual Procedure Order
To move an individual procedure order to the Today's Procedure Orders grid, Select the Add to Today's Orders on 1-click checkbox. Select the required procedure order in the grid.As you select an order in the grid, the system moves the order to the Today's Procedure Orders grid. After all the required procedure orders are moved to the Today's Procedure Orders grid, clear the Add to Today's Orders on 1-click checkbox. Move Procedure Orders to Today's Procedure Orders
You can move procedure orders to the Today's Procedure Orders grid one at a time, or you can move all the procedures at simultaneously. The Today's Procedure Orders grid includes filter fields as described below: View my orders - Displays orders selected by the current user of the system. View all orders - Displays all orders documented for the patient. View only unsigned orders - Displays the orders which do not have a value of Signed in the Signed column of the grid. Verify/Sign Off on Procedure Orders
After placing the required procedure orders in the Today's Procedure Orders grid, you need to verify the procedure orders. To sign off on an individual procedure order, Select the Not verified option above the Today's Procedure Orders grid.All the procedure orders that are not verified appear in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. Select a row in the Today's Procedure Orders grid. In the Co-Sign/Sign Off Procedure Order section, Select the Individual order option (to sign off on an individual procedure order) or select the All orders option (to sign off on all procedure orders) .The Verified by, Date, and Time fields appears with the current user, date and system time respectively. If applicable, enter the Reason/Explanation/Comment on the procedure orders. Select Sign/Update.The current user name appears in the Verified By column of the Today's Procedure Orders grid. Edit and Use Preconfigured Procedure Orders
In the Procedure Orders section, from the Procedure list, select the procedure for which you want to place the order.The list includes all the procedures entered in the Procedure section of the ASC - Intake template. Select the type and category of the procedure order.All the preconfigured procedure orders matching the selected type and category appear in a grid. Procedure Orders From the grid, select the preconfigured procedure order that you want to edit and use.To verify the procedure orders automatically on moving to the Today's Procedure grid, select the Verify Procedure Orders when added to Today's Orders checkbox. Note: When you select medication procedure orders, the drug interaction window containing all the interactions for the selected medication opens. You must acknowledge the interactions to proceed with the order. The details of the selected procedure order appear in the relevant fields. Make the desired changes in the fields.
