You can update the claims-based reporting measures anytime for reporting.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Open the Provider CQM Maintenance template.
 
  - In the Claims Based Reporting Setup panel, select a measure in the grid.
   
    The data fields have been filled with the measure details and Update is enabled.
   
 
  - Modify the data fields.
   
    Note: If you clear a mandatory field, Update is disabled until you enter a data in the mandatory field.
    
 
     
  - Select Update.
   
    The selected measure has been updated. 
    
Note: If you modify the fields, and then select Add, a new measure is created and the selected measure is not updated.
