View Order Management Details

You can view order details on the Order Management Details template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Home Page template, select the Order Management link. The Order Management template opens. In the Order Status Detail/actions grid, double-click an order. The Order Management Details template opens with the order details. Open the Provider Test Action Template

You can open the Provider Test Action template to document and view a patient's appointment and contact information. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Update Order Results on the Order Management Template

You can update order results on the Order Management Template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Home Page template, in the Orders panel, select the Order Management link. The Order Management template opens. In the grid, select the order to update. The selected order details appear in the Manage Selected Orders section. Select Edit. The All Order Management template opens. All Order Management Enter the order details in the applicable fields. if you have selected the Bone X-ray (Bone Age Studies) order with the 77072 procedure code, you can add the bone age test result in the Result/report section. After making changes in the Result/report section, select Update. Note: The Update button appears when you make changes to the Interpretation or the Result details field. Manage Orders

You can document the order result, add any additional information, and change the status of the orders using the Order Management template. Select the Order Management sub-navigational link to open the Order Management template.A list of all the orders documented for the patient appears in the grid. Select an order to be updated.The details of the selected order appear in the respective fields in the Manage Selected Orders section. Select Edit to open the All Order Management template. Enter the appropriate order details in the applicable section(s). After making any necessary changes in the Result/report section, select Update. All Order Management Select Save and then select Close to return to the Order Management template. Highlight the order again.The updated details display in the Manage selected order section. For more information on Order Management, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Getting Started User Guide for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open a female adult patient record, and then create an encounter. On the Intake template, and then select the specialty as Obstetrics and visit type as OB Prenatal. On the Prenatal Detail template, select Order Management.The Order Management window opens. Select the order to be updated, and then select Edit.The All Order Management window opens. Enter the details. In the Result/report section, select the Received or Completed checkbox.The Details button appears when the ordered test is configured and included in Manage Custom Links. Manage Orders using Order Management

For more information on Order Management, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download Getting Started User Guide for NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient and create an encounter. To open the Templates module on a patient encounter, do one of the following: On the Categories or Encounter History tab, select Open Template. On Top Toolbar, select Templates. On the main menu, select File > New > Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Select All template, open Title X 2.0 template.
