Set Up Disclosure Statements for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

The configuration in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) section applies across practices that provide substance use disorder treatment.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Select File > System \ Practice Template.
3. In the Select Template window, select the Practice tab.
4. In Show, select All.
   A list of practice-level templates appears.
5. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.
6. From the Practice Configuration template, in the SAMHSA CFR 42 section, select the type of disclosure statement for documents and reports to be displayed.
7. Select Save and Close.
