Screening Questions DB Picklist Required Fields

You can check the information that is required for screening questions.

The screening_questions custom list has specific information that is required. These requirements are listed below.

Panel	Description
Qualifier 1	Conditions contained in the care guidelines or protocols reference system. Set up on the Dx Problem Groups Reference Systems system template.
Qualifier 2	Text that concatenates when a yes or no response is selected. Limited to 20 characters The text displayed will be Positive for qualifier 2 or Negative for qualifier 2
List Item	Contains the question that displays on the Screening Questions panel on the Care Guidelines template. It is recommended that the expected responses both positive and negative be grouped When numbering the questions, use a single space before a single digit number, and no space before a two-digit number Each question is limited to 150 characters The panel is limited to 15 questions per condition
