You can use the Screening Questions panel to view and document patient condition.
The Screening Questions panel enables you to view and document patient responses to screening questions associated with a specific condition or disease.
When you first open the
Care Guidelines grid view template and expand the
Screening Questions panel, it appears blank. Questions do not appear until you select a guideline listed in
Outstanding Guidelines.
Note: A guideline must have screening questions configured in order to have screening questions display. Not all guidelines have screening questions configured, for example, health maintenance.
