You can review the removed orderable test item of a patient on the Care Guideline Setup template.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   
    The Select Template window opens.
   
 
  - On the Practice tab, select the All option.
 
  - Select Care Guideline Setup, and then select OK.
   
    The Care Guideline Setup practice template opens.
   
 
  - Expand the Intervention/Orders Setup panel, select the Show only Removed/Inactive checkbox.
   
    The data grid refreshes to display all guideline or test items that are removed and are not active for the selected 
Reason type. 
    
Note: If no Reason type is selected, all guideline or test items are displayed.
