Active and Managed Problems Panel for the Comp Assessment Tab
The Active and Managed Problems panel is where active and managed problems are entered. Active and Managed Problems Clicking in any field launches the diagnosis search window. Comp Assessment Panels
The Comp (Comprehensive) Assessment template consists of the following panels: Panel Description General Panel The General panel displays the information documented in the Care Transition template. Recent ER Visits Panel Any recent emergency room visits by the patient are recorded on this panel. Recent Hospitalizations Panel If the patient had experienced any recent hospitalizations, then you would enter that information on this panel. Problem List Panel The Problem List panel displays a list of the patient's chronic and secondary problems as documented in the Problem List after Discharge panel on the Care Transition template. Active and Manage Problems The Active and Managed Problems panel is where active and managed problems are entered and monitored. Pediatric Review of Systems
You can document the findings for a patient after reviewing a list of systems on the Review of Systems panel on the Intake template. You can click the required system in the left pane, and document the details in the respective ROS template. Note: The Pediatric ROS link enables you to document symptoms for multiple systems on a single Pediatric - ROS template. Review of Systems The documented ROS findings appear in rows in the Review of Systems panel with the system name, positive or negative symptom indication, and the findings. You can modify the review of systems findings. The Developmental History button enables you to open the Child Dev.Rec template to document the developmental details of the patient.
