Add Web Addresses and Information Content

You can add the missing web addresses and related information content from the Website and Info Pop-up Configuration template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select Configuration Home. From the Configuration Navigation panel, select Web/Info Configuration. The Website and Info Pop-up Configuration template template displays website and information content in the grid. Select a template name to specify where you want the web address to be used. Select a field name to specify where you want the web address to be used on a particular template. Select a category to specify how you want a web address to appear. From Launch Through select an option to specify how you want the web address to open. In Reference URL Link, enter a valid file name with extension or a web address beginning with HTTP(S) or WWW that you want to add. Configuration of Web Addresses and Info Content

You can view and configure web addresses and their corresponding information content from a centralized repository using the Website and Info Pop-up Configuration system template. You can update the inactive web addresses that no longer work from this template. To configure any web address and its corresponding information content, you can run a script or update manually. NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine is packaged with pre-configured web addresses. You can review all the pre-configured web addresses and then update, remove, restore, or add any web address. You can also set qualifiers for any web address to specify how to display the web address in certain condition. Manage Patient Information Card at Practice-Level

You can customize the appearance of the Patient Information Card (PIC) at the practice level with System Administrator rights. You can edit or remove patient information data fields and template links. Open File Maintenance. Under Master Files, select EHR, and then select Application Appearance.The EHR Application Appearance window opens displaying the preview of the Patient Information Card (PIC), Quick Buttons, Encounter History, and Categories for the Deafult configuration. Select the required configuration, and then select Edit.The Edit EHR Application Appearance Configuration window opens displaying the layout of the Patient Info tab by default. Remove Patient Level Data for Displayed Care Guideline Items after Review

You can remove a patient level data for displayed care guideline item after review. After completing your review, you can choose to remove patient data for the care guideline items displayed in the report and remove data grid. All of the items listed in the grid are the guideline items for which patient level data is removed from the application when you select the start button. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
