Open the
OB Test Name Configuration
template.
In the
OB Test Name
panel, select the record you need to remove from the
Test Equivalents
grid.
Click
Remove
.
The selected record is removed from the
OB Test Name Configuration
template.
Save and close the template.

Update Test Type
Open the OB Test Name Configuration template. In the OB Test Name panel, select the record you need to update in the Test Equivalents grid. The test type and test description are available for update. Modify the values as required, and click Update. The updated values appear in the Test Equivalents grid. Save and close the template. Add Test Types
For each obstetric test name, you can add the appropriate lab or radiology name and its description. You can add multiple test types to a test name. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. Select the Practice tab. To open the OB Test Name Configuration template, select OB Test Name Configuration, and click OK. In the OB Test Name panel, select an item under OB Group and Test Name. OB Test Name In Test type, select a test type. To add a description for the test, click Test description.The OB Labs Radiology window opens. Select the appropriate description, and then click OK.The selected test description and the associated test code appear. Click Add.The OB group, test name, test description, and test code details are added to the Test Equivalents grid. To add another record, click Clear All and add the details. Add Obstetric Test Names
The obstetric lab test name added on the OB Test Name Configuration template is available in the respective obstetric group panel on the Prenatal Detail template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. Select the Practice tab. To open the OB Test Name Configuration template, select OB Test Name Configuration, and click OK. To view the configured obstetric group panel names, select the Show All check box. To add an obstetric test name in the OB Group panel, select an OB Group. The existing test names associated with the obstetrics group appear in the grid. OB Group In Test Name, provide an appropriate name. Click Add. The test name is added to the selected OB Group. Remove a Test from the Standard Tests list
You can remove a lab test from the grid so that it no longer appears in lists of standard lab tests. On the IORTS Config Orders system template, expand the Manage Standard Tests panel. Select the test in the grid. Click Delete. Parent topic: Managing Standard Tests

Remove a Test from a Multi-Test
On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category and Body Part, as applicable. The provider's multi-test groups appear in the grid. Select a multi-test group in the grid. The tests included in the multi-test group fill the Tests in the Multi-Test grid.
