, to remove a NextGen Document record, select the record from the grid.

The record is deleted and removed from the grid.

Update NextGen Documents Associated with Diagnostic Category
Open the Document Mapping system template. To update a configured NextGen Document, select the record that you want to edit in the Diagnostic Report Mapping panel. Note: All fields in the selected record are available for edit. You cannot update the type of the document, for example, you cannot change NextGen Documents to Crystal Reports or Document Management. If you try to change the type of the document, then all fields are cleared and NextGen Document record is not available for an update. Make the desired changes. Click Update. Remove Crystal Reports Associated with Diagnostic Category
Open the Document Mapping system template. In Diagnostic Report Mapping, to remove a Crystal Report record, select the record from the grid. Click Remove. Associate NextGen Documents with Diagnostic Category
Open the Document Mapping system template. Expand the Diagnostic Report Mapping panel, and select NextGen Documents. Diagnostic Report Mapping To select a document, do the following. Click Document Name. The Document List window opens. Select the desired NextGen Document. Click OK. To associate a Diagnostic Category, do the following: Click Diagnostic Category. The Category List window opens. Select the desired Diagnostic Category. Click OK. In the Comments field, provide the reason for associating a NextGen Document with a Diagnostic Category. To clear the information before adding them to the grid, click Clear. To add a record and make it available in the grid, click Add. Note: The Add button is unavailable until you select all mandatory fields. If you try to add a duplicate record, a message appears. The configured Document Name, Diagnostic Category and Comments details are added as a record and appear in the grid. Click Save & Close. Update NextGen Documents Associated with Diagnos
