Record Nebulizer Treatments

You can use the Nebulizer panel to document Nebulizer treatment.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Open a patient's record, and then open an encounter.
3. On Top Toolbar, select Templates .
   The Select Template window opens.
4. Open the SOAP template, and expand the Nebulizer panel.
5. In the Nebulizer panel, select Add.
   The Nebulizer Treatment - Procedure template opens.
6. In the Treatment panel, do the following:
   1. Enter the Oxygen details
   2. Indicate the level of TX
   3. Select the applicable Nebulizer dose
   4. Select the applicable Aerosol MDI
7. Select Save.
