You can do the following in the Problem List panel:
 
  - Electronically record, modify, and retrieve a patient's clinical problem list to meet Quality Reporting requirements
 
  - Document a patient's chronic conditions and ongoing clinical problems.
 
  - View problems from past encounters
 
  - Update problem details 
   
 
 
 To indicate that the review of the patient's documented problem is complete, the provider must select the Reviewed check box.
