Viewing the Patient's Order History

You can update applicable order details. You can open the Order Management template using the Order Management link. By default, the All Orders option is selected to display the list of orders that are placed for the patient. Viewing Template Links on the Home Page Template

On the Home Page template, you can view and open links to other templates based on the selected specialty. The recommended workflow for a patient encounter is to begin on the Home Page template. If you set up the Home Page template as the default, then the same template automatically opens as the first template for an encounter. You can also open the generic Home Page template from the Templates module. You can review and document the summary of a patient's problems, history, allergies, medications, vital signs, orders, and so on, on the Home Page template. Histories Tab Links

You can document information in the Histories tab links. The Histories template includes the following links: Demographics - The Demographics link displays the Patient Demographics template to allows you to document patient information such as contact information, address details, Primary Care Physician (PCP) details, insurance or pharmacy details, provider details, emergency contact details, reminders, and employment details. Order Management - The Order Management link displays the Order Management template, which allows you to update the applicable order details. Document Library - The Document Library link opens the Documents and Letters template. The Documents and Letters template includes links that generate the formatted letters and assessment templates, allows you to enter the applicable data. The Intake Staff's Review of the Allergies Summary

On the Home Page - Allergy template, the intake staff can review the patient history documented in previous encounters. The patient details documented by the intake staff on the Intake and Histories templates appear on the Home Page - Allergy template for the provider's review. Home Page Template

You can review and document the summary of a patient's information on the Home Page template. The Home Page template allows you to view and document patients' problems, history, allergies, medications, vital signs, orders, and so on. Histories Template

Patient history information is documented on the Histories template for a new patient, and reviewed and updated for an existing patient. Histories Patient's Problem List You can manage a patient's problems. Patient's Medical History The Medical/Surgical/Interim panel allows you to document the medical or surgical history of the patient. Patient's Diagnostic Tests and Results You can document a patient's diagnostic tests and the associated results. Patient's Family History You can document the family history of the patient in the Family panel on the Histories template.
