Add Relevant Clinical Information on the Master Document

You can include relevant clinical informations while generating the master document. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Home Page template, in the Orders panel, select the Order Management link.The Order Management template opens. On the Order Management template, select the Include all orders in document checkbox. Order Management Select the recent order, and then select Edit.The All Order Management template opens. Document the clinical data points. Select Save & Close.The clinical data points appear in a concatenated format in the Assessment / Plan panel on the SOAP template. Update Order Results on the Order Management Template

You can update order results on the Order Management Template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Home Page template, in the Orders panel, select the Order Management link. The Order Management template opens. In the grid, select the order to update. The selected order details appear in the Manage Selected Orders section. Select Edit. The All Order Management template opens. All Order Management Enter the order details in the applicable fields. if you have selected the Bone X-ray (Bone Age Studies) order with the 77072 procedure code, you can add the bone age test result in the Result/report section. After making changes in the Result/report section, select Update. Note: The Update button appears when you make changes to the Interpretation or the Result details field. The Orders Summary order control field on a Medical Records template displays a list of all orders related to the current patient from the Orders module. The orders listed and the data displayed on each order line are based on the selected predefined system or private user or practice-level filter. The first column displays an icon that identifies the order type (lab, radiology, or immunizations). Icons that identify recurring and future orders display in the fourth column. You can select the icon to view the order schedule. Practice and user-defined filters may display other information. The top toolbar displays different commands based on the selected order filter. Note: You must have the applicable access rights to add, update, or delete an order. Recent Orders

You can view the orders for the patient using Recent Orders panel. The Recent Orders panel is where you can view and follow orders for the patient. The Recent Orders panel grid is a viewable grid only – you cannot take any action for items that appear in the grid. The panel has links to other templates used to follow and manage orders. View Order History

Before you begin You must ensure that you have the View access right enabled in MODULES > Medical Records > Orders in System Administrator. For more information on user access rights, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. You can view a quick list of the patient's most recent orders, sorted by newest to oldest, and also open the Order Summary tab in the Orders Module for a detailed view of the patient's orders history. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. To view a quick list of the patient's most recent orders, on the Quick Buttons panel, hover over Orders.The Orders table appears displaying the status, ordered date, order item description, and time frame or encounter date, or administration date, depending on the type of the order.
